Bicycles? Really? I was visiting the apartment complex and aside from the chipped paint on all the doors and the speeding golf cart with the crazy lady screaming at tenants, I thought this place was great, until I saw a kid on a bicycle. Who in the world lets kids ride bikes anymore?

Lived here since it opened in 2001 and am happy to call it home You'll never find a nicer open floor plan layout and quicker response to maintenance calls. The current management is the best they've ever had and staff is friendly under this manager. Where else can you get a full garage

BEWARE of Clause 16!! 30 phone calls from LL, multiple no shows and 10 people rolled through the apartment since giving required 60 day notice and it is not over yet! Full disclosure of this practice should have been made on signing the lease as weeks of calls from LL and entry of strangers

Look before you leap These senior apartments are in a nice location and grounds are kept up but actually living here is different. Most residents are from the north and hate any southeners also they have that typical NY attitude they have brought with them.

Shame there is no Shame! I agree the Victoria Palm is a beautiful rental; yet as long as Owners are not paying their mortgage and have the legal right to collect rent from tenants with the tenants unknowing of foreclosure; I cannot recommend for a home.

I had a great experiemce here!!! I lived at Windemere for about 5 years and I had a really good experience. It was clean and I never had a problem with bugs. It is convenient to everything. Whenever I had a problem, the maintenance crew fixed it promptly. People complain that it is out-dated

PLACE NEEDS A BIG MAKEOVER THIS PLACE ISN'T TOO BAD, BUT THE CARPET IS WORN OUT, THE BUGS ARE HORRIBLY UNCONTROLLABLE AND THERES NOTHING TO DO AROUND THE AREA. MAINTENANCE IS ALRIGHT WHEN RESPONDING TO COMPLAINTS, MANAGERS ARE VERY NICE. PARKING IS A BIG PROBLEM IF YOU GET HOME
