This apartment complex has many management flaws and contridictuary rules that do not adhere to the USDA DEPARTMENT OF RURAL DEVELOPMENT. They make their own rules and cannot be reached at the Condor Property Management ,INC

The Condor Property Management, INC is not in the business of rental assistances what so ever. They make it very hard for you to maintain a tentant-landlord relationship. In my 14 month tenacy at Raintree there has been 5 different on site managers and at times none at all. Paperwork goes through too many different hands and the inconsistancy of what was handed in and what was not cannot be verified until "Condor" says they did not recieve it. Condor's Vice President shows up every 2 weeks and stays long enough to make rediculious desicions about tenants. They seem to be "a self-serving agency" in for the money, not rental assistance. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
