these apartments are ok on the inside.. when i first moved in my apartment was really nice all redone even the carpet, but i had a crazy neighbor that would come to my door at 10pm and be really drunk and when i mentioned something to the manager all she had to say was ohh well i have not heard any other complaints about him..2 weeks later he was steal water from my water fauct outside ..2 months later he tryed to fight my husband then about 2 weeks after that i caught him peeping in my windows.. management never did any thing about this. the only reason he still doesnt live by me is b/c he lost his job and got evicted.. there were huge pot holes that were fixed after 1 year and 2 months of living there, the grass was not cut for 3 months and was really high. and my ac was broken and it took 2 weeks to get it fixed and it was costing my electric bill to be $250..and now i pay $655 and its only a 1 bedroom 1 bath..also there is no guest parking they had to park in grass and we had to worry about if i would get in trouble for that
