Problems with black mold and bugs

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Several residents and myself are having trouble with black mold. The apartment menager is aware the problem presists and still rents out the apartments. Also constant problem with German roaches. We have evn bombed the apartment and it doesn't get rid of the bugs. Management was very nice, but should inform those upfront about the apartments with mold.
