Tuscany Lakes

I lived in a NEW unit, well yes it was new and not one person had been in it before but it had its issues. The heat tank was bad and I had to restart it for days before mant came to fix and then yelled at me for having access to an unlocked door so that I could. Gas leak in the place from the stove for a year that they did not care to take care of. PREC likes to turn power off for no reason for hours in the night that does not play well with someone who had to wake at 5 am. NEVER be late on rent. I say this because I put my rent in the drop box and they said they never received it. Went to show them the bank order and they did not beleive me. Had to pay late fees because they took all the time and they put a notice to leave in three days or evection. Nice huh, what a great office I say..... They cashed both checks and I did not even get a credit, just your next month is paid for. I should have the "late fees" applied to my rent, but NO. I paid my lease for the term and got the heck out, who wants to deal with overflowing and not working trash machines. Loud music at night and people who dont care about where they live. If you are thinking Tuscany Lakes then think other...... Nice in to talk to but not to live with.
