Tuscany Lakes

I was a resident of Tuscany Lakes for two years. From personal experience the office staff is INCREDABLY unorganized and unporfessional. When we moved in we did most of the registering for them. We signed papers three and four times because they kept losing them. We went to our banks and had them fill out paper work, which is their job, twice because the papers got lost. There were files all over the floor that were never put away in the two years I lived there. the gates that secure the neighborhood were NEVER shut. Not once. When we transferred to a new apartment, after the first year, it took 3 months to get things figured out. At that time we, once again, completely did all the paper work TWO TIMES because it was miss-placed. then for some reason they decided to mail me my original security deposit, which was lost in the mail. I phoned them many times and stopped in the office to tell them I never received it. I continued to have rude, 3 days to vacate eviction notices on my door every few months because the info about the security deposit was never filed. The first couple of times that happened I about had a heart-attack because I could not get a hold of anyone in the office and 1000 dollars is a lot of money to come up with in 3 days. SO after all this mess we decided to move out because the man above us was beating his wife nightly. Also 6-7 people had their tires slashed overnight, and two months later they did it again and slashed all four of my tires. Tuscany lakes had nothing to say about it and did not help file police reports. Now that I am no longer a resident I have called 9 times. Left my phone number 7 times and I have begged to talk to a manager about getting my security deposit back because I left them with a clean apt. So far no one has called me back and the one time I did talked to the manager he said he was never giving the messages that I called, 8 times, Also that "i never gave them a security deposit". Here I am FURIOUS about this situation. I moved out 2 months ago and still cannot get my money. IF YOU ARE SMART DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! Thanks for reading
