There are banners and balloons advertising 'Under new management'. They don't state that the new management is worse than the old, which by the way, managers are in and out of this place every six months, which I find very odd. The front gate is always broken, letting anyone in. My air conditioner has been broken since July, continuous complaints to management have relieved nothing. There are junk cars and trailers that have become permanent fixtures in the parking lot. The breezeway lights in my building are out for weeks at a time, plunging my entryway in complete darkness at night. Don't let the money they have sunk in landscaping fool you; visual aesthetics is not a replacement for my safety and comfort. I stay here only to accomodate my children's choice in school. As soon as possible, I would gladly submit notice to terminate this lease.

The gates are broken because of idiots who run into them. Maybe if people were respectful, they could keep the gates working. Don't blame that on the complex. And I haven't seen any junk cars and trailers around.
