Amazing transformation

Some new LOCAL guys apparently bought this place a few months back - the change is AMAZING. New roofs, new pool, new colors, new landscaping, FREE golf membership, the nicest lady in the world in the office... I can hardly believe the difference - just shows you what good management by some local guys who give a s--t can do!
