we were going to look for another apt because we've got a crazy lady that lives in our building. not only is she nuts, her little kid is nuts too. not to mention she moved in a guy that just got evicted by management. he has a kid & a pit bull dog. we've reported it to management.
we love our apt, its so quiet (other than the nut) even with the roofing & construction. they are really trying to improve the whole complex. it looks great! they redid the pool, we have noticed that we're not the only ones enjoying the pool. its always filled with residents. they just redid the roofs, which was annoying with the roofer guys but the effort by the new owners is noticed by all of us. the new paintjob makes it look alot cleaner. & the maintenance supervisor is always out cleaning up after everybody else. he really makes every effort to beautify this place. the manager is probably one of the nicest managers we've ever dealt with. she is personable & always willing to help, but doesnt put up with troublemakers. she is a rule & law abiding lady, but kind & understanding. just be sure to pay your rent on time, just because she is nice & will try to work with you, her boss is pretty strict about giving notices for being late.
in another rating someone commented that they saw the actual owner getting his hands dirty, we have seen it firsthand too. he looks like an everyday guy but was actually helping & getting dirty. makes us want to stick it out here, even with the nutty neighbors.
keep up the good work, seasons & welcome to any new (not so nutty) neighbors, you'll love the great changes!
