I currently reside in Tanglewood Apartments, I have not noticed any drugs dealer per say, nor noticed any fighting or loud noise besides my own... I am not saying that Tanglewood is the ideal apartments. There is room for improvement....
Rene is gone also and the new management is still less desiriable...
Plus they have added sewage on top of water cost, but still do not have individual meters to monitor the useage per apartment, they are find with under and over charging people, I ask for grass seeds and was told its not a priority. Neither is the rotting cabnet...
I am currently seeking residence with an apartment complex that is aware that these are not just apartments they are the tentants home.
I would only recommend tanglewood upon completion of much needed repairs.
