The office staff from the manager too the maintenance people are friendly and helpful. Great place to live

The managements are nice, and the maintance people do response fast. But it isnt a great place to live. It is roach infested. The squirls go inside the ceilings, and alot of ants inside the bathrooms. and Roaches Roaches Roaches everywhere! Noise problems, so if your looking for somewhere quiet, this isnt for you. If your looking for somewhere safe, its not for you either, although they are now allowing LAWS to monitor the area all day. so lets see how that works. But trust me, this place is for last resorts! Its better to keep looking around!! If you can't find a place, than maybe you can live here! I will say that the school English Estates is an awesome school! its too bad the apartments suck!
