not kept up at all
visited a friend and it is horrid
loud kids all over playing in shopping carts along side of the vehicles in the parking lot, loud music coming from the neighbors apts, notices put on empty/vacant apts., who knows what else. Seems like they are favoring one side of the complex since one side seems to be better maintained than the other side. if you like getto living then feel free other than that steer clear
im glad all i did was visit a friend there
glad i changed my mind on moving there after spending the weekend with a friend there i was able to get a feel for the place and i must say i did not feel safe that weekend i was there. noticed a guy walking around with what seemed like drugs in his hand in a zip lock bag trying to hide it while walking
i know i will not be moving there now
my friend also got a notice about paying rent late when the rent is not considered late until the 4th of the mth. seems like favoritism going on there or something
