alot of drug activity, mold issues, maint issues, noise late at night, attempted break ins, people breaking into cars during the day, if you think you could live in these conditions then more power to ya, if this is not the conditions or surroundings you would wanna live in then i suggest you stear clear of this area. I am glad i moved out of this place a mth ago. when we first moved there all was fine and in 3 mths time it all started going down hill fast. im surprised no one has turned them in to the city yet for all the mold issues that are there and they dont take care of it the right way. I would stear clear of this place if you value your possessions, life and car. It was not a place where i was feeling safe anymore. if you want secure parking or the same parking spot every day be prepared to pay an extra 15 dollars a mth for covered parking. without that you are lucky to find a parking spot. some of the workers in the office are not too nice or friendly. there is only one or two that is nice and friendly. it is nothing like it was when i moved in a yr ago. AVOID IT LIKE THE BAD VIRUS YOU DONT WANT
