worst place EVER

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
I'm just going to try to list everything I can think of that's wrong with this slum:
- There has been a doormat hanging from the tree in front of my apartment for several months. Calls to the office have not helped at all.
- No spots are assigned unless a covered one is bought. The parking area by my apartment has had 2 cars parked there for so long, they have spiderwebs on them. Again, calls to the office have gone ignored.
- I once received a notification for possible eviction....on the 3rd day of the month. Rent is considered on time up until the 5th.
- During the hurricanes, the patio furniture was placed inside the pool so it wouldn't fly around. This is fine. But it was not removed for 3 months after the final 2004 hurricane.
- I was to move out of my apartment on 8/21. I received a notice by mail from Sprint that they were scheduled to turn on new service in my apartment on 8/1. When I contacted my office about this, I found out it was because they had rented out my apartment to someone three weeks before I was supposed to move out!!!!
- When trying to move out, I had to have the new apartment complex fax the office the rental history form 3 times. They had lost it the first two times.
These are only the direct examples. There have also been times when my girlfriend has been verbally assaulted while walking from her parking space to my door (about 20 feet), outdoor fights from my upstairs neighbors at 9am on a sunday, and garbage being regularly thrown into my porch area.
The apartment across from me had FOUR different families/couples in it in the two years I was there.
I wouldn't live in this place again if I was paid to.
