where do i begin'!'! incompitent office personel' lazy maintanence workers' retarded neighbors' after about 2 months i started to have health promlems due to the mold issues. in the interior hallways, upstairs, there was a sheet of mold growing on the walls. it took 3 weeks of calling and office visits to get the job half done. my wife eventually cleaned it herself. lots of crime, violence, and drugs. i wouldn't let my wife walk alone at night. homeless people sleep in the hallways. but don't bother the office. had to replace the new tires on both our cars because of nails and trash that gets caught in tires. downstairs neighbors would party and pass out on lawn, never clean up their trash. we welcomed the hurricanes just because they seemed to clean everything out for a month. laundry rooms were nasty. machines often didn't work. rude neighbors would through my wet clothes on the ground if they needed the machine. got eviction notice on the 3rd when rent is considered late on th 5th. DO NOT EVER RENT HERE. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE OF SOCIETY!!

I agree 100%. We need to ban together and have this place cleaned up. I just resigned for 2nd years and they raised my rent 100.00. Why I have no idea everything is bad and i have had more floods than noah had..We need to bring the resident management in for the mold issue I believe I have it also from the floods I have had..So lets ban together and handle it ourselves..
