Not to bad of a place to live. Could be worst. Maitance issues solved with-in 2 days and parking is fine. Play area for the kids and basket ball court. I have not had any problems yet. There are older kids that run around at night...doing what ever but have not had a problem with fights or seen any drug issuses..but not to say it is not happening..just havent seen it. Apartment is good size and comfortable...overall have to say it has been a better experience from the last place I lived

try living under kids that stomp and play loud music at all times of day and night not giving anyone respect to rest especially the elderly.. Oh also when you go to sign up for another lease contract they will raise the rent 100.00. I been here for two years now everything was fine until they let 5 kids move in above me its very bad and I have complained too many times. I will break my lease because they broke it first. Always get a copy of what you sign it has many loopholes you dont realize until its too late..Good luck and watch out for the young ones they will disrespect you..

About the 2 days to fix a maintenance issue...they have 24 hours. Most people don't know that until they talk to the corporate office.
