Ok so where do I start' I moved in this apartment complex with a friend who was already moved in. I was immediately not impressed. The grounds are trash filled, laundry rooms are nasty...I even walked out of my apartment one day to find a condom sitting on MY steps (No men were ever brought over or lived in my apt). I'm a very clean person but constantly had to call the office to have them get rid of an on going roach problem.

That statment leads me to the office staff....if that's what you want to call it. They're a joke. There was another manager present when I first moved in. Around the time my roommate and I re-signed our lease for 7 months there was a change in managment. It didn't help at all. My roommate and i resigned the lease TWICE. And from June to Dec they were charging us month to month rent ($900) regardless of how many times we went to the office to fix the problem. "Oh I'll get right on that" pfft. Yeah right. The problem was never fixed. We rode out the 7 month "lease" refusing to pay the $900 they asked of us every month. They're slow and incompitent.

As for the kids walking around at all hours of the night. Yeah...it's true. They do. All teenagers. I'm not too often scared but seeing them all walking around at 10pm at night when I'm getting home from work is a little creepy. Not to mention a week before I left the apartment there was a notice on the doors of a "sexual assult" that occured on the property. While the rest of us like to call it "rape". Their solution'

"Get to know your neighbors and watch each other's backs"

.....oh great idea. Lets make friends with our next door neighbors, who can potentially be a rapist, and put full trust that he'll watch me walk to the laundry room at night and protect me from harm...

Stay away from this place folks. It's really not worth the money. You can do better for the amount that they ask for here.

Very true and more just dont see it happening but I have seen too muchy and even the management dont care anymore. Im done with it.
