Nice apartments to live in but the office was always miss placing the work orders. Maintenance would come only after you called the head office and got money off your rent for things not being fixed. There has been a new manager and she gets things done she is great. There is covered parking but you almost never get to park in it cause someone else is always parked there. The walls are very thin and you can here your neighbors even what they are cooking. But I felt very safe there always did laundry at night never had a problem with anyone. Pools were clean although it did take them a long time to clean up after the hurricanes but over all I would say it was a nice place to live.

you give me hope... theres so many bad reviews here...
I visitied the complex on a sunday.. the pool was filled with kids playing, people out on thrie front yards cooking barbeque.. it felt very family oriented. I will say this i saw a HUGE palmetto roach(aka GIANT 1 inch roach)dead on the floor. BUT.. THIS IS FLORIDA!My current apartment had millions of small one's when i first moved in... and i pay 150 more in rent ..
