I moved here from Maine and the girls in the office were very helpful the whole time. Moving state to state can be a chanllenge sometimes and they were wonmderful. WHen i Saw my apaertment I was so surprized with the space and how clean it was. I have lived her a couple of months and the most I have seen of Roaches were two, Since it is Florida... Yes your gonna have Roaches. The Roach man came out and did preventitive and have not seen any since. I have had not problems, yes we do have young families here but ususally it is loud right after school and is quite the rest of the night. I like this community and I am happy with the fact that the ladies in the office helped me out as much as they did. I also love the fact That this place Has 3 pools, this brings a whole new meaning to pool hopping. :)
