I lived here from May 2006 to February 2007, I left because there were bats in the walls of my apartment. I could hear them, see them, and one even was able to find it's way into my apartment. I complained from the first month I moved there about this problem and the maintenance staff did nothing. I even had Jodie the manager tell me that I should like the bats since they eat all the bugs. I than responded to that by handing her a brochure on how bats carry rabies. I called the health department, animal control, even the local tv news station and still nothing was done. When I moved out I seriously debated cutting a hole in the wall and letting the bats inside the interior of the apartment. The sad part is that the company that manages this complex has places all over central Florida. Please do not move here. The will not treat how they should. The have no concern for there residents safety.
