The ONLY good thing about these apartments is the size...very large. Other than that, the exterior is a dump. There's always trash in the grass and bushes that nobody bothers to pick up. Inside, I've had to use numerous glue traps to catch the rats that creep around the kitchen every night. I've already caught two and have recently seen another...repulsive!! And, yes, there are lots of roaches too. The day I moved in, they started appearing out of every nook and cranny. Pest control has come numerous times, but I still see them around too often. I've put in my notice to do a coast-to-coast transfer and get the heck out of here. Completely infested....run!!!
