I lived in Regency Oaks for 1 year.

The staff was courteous, if not curt, but always got the job done. Maintenance problems were handled almost immediataely, not that I had many. The apartment I had came with new carpeting, all new paint, a working dishwasher AND garbage disposal. Ample storage, I could have lived in my walk in closet. I did see bugs a couple times, but I had left dirty dishes in the sink for a couple weeks..ICK, I know... The air conditioner could have been replaced as my cooling bill was astronomical, instead I bought a fan and because of the southern exposure, survived a hot summer.
When I left they had just installed a brand new fence that was to 'gate' the community. One reason I left...I didn't WANT to live in a gated community. Also, they had just re-landscaped the front of the grounds...beautiful actually, but a little unecessary, in my opinion. I also came into the apartment with some sort of special, so my rent was WELL below what I would have paid elsewhere. Quiet neighbors, or at least neighbors who partied loud when I did..LOL Ample parking most of the time (except when those neighbors were throwing a party) and great laundry facilities...very close to my apartment as well. Sometimes washers wouldn't get fixed, but that is the fault of the laundry subcontractor...

you got to be kidding..I lived there for 3 years....Why make this place sound so perfect when it is far from it.. If you are elderly keep looking donot move here.. I seen many things there and they chaRGED ME 1200 A MONTH JUST FOR A 2 BEDROOM APARTMENT..My ac never worked right and cost me a fortune to run,they never fixed it when i placed orders and i did twice a week..So I quit asking..Then mold put a older couple in hospital and my wall had bubbles of water in it from the ac it got very bad..No this place will never change the only reason for bars is to keep out crime guess what there is a wooden fence that won't stop them..So dont think this is a garden of eden far from it.. Even hells kitchens is more liveable..

Well...Just your luck I guess...My rent was only $795 a month for a HUGE 2 bedroom....
