I have lived here for about a year, It is not an upscal apartmetn if thatis what you are looking for thery are old, but they are huge, and the price is pretty low for hte size , the Elementray school is wonderful. I liek the office staff they do what they can , But the manager is horrible, she won't come talk to you she just yells and barks answers from the back of the office. Unless she is goig to berate you. I have been struggling to pay rent since my husband was laid off back in MAY. have paid it late a few times, well this last time I was in the hosptial so I paid it more late then normal so had to pay the extra court cost to stop evicitons, well even with this apartment complex more then half empty. She told me she did not care that I had the money and would would rather ask the judge to force the eviction even though I had money in hand she did not care that it is thanksgiving or christmas, she doesn't care if I pay the late fee's. She said it was unheard of to have people pay late twice ntha twelve month period. i donl;t knwo what box she is living in but the whoel world is struglling to pay mortage rent , gas and keep food on the table. No to mention , they are very laid back on repairs you have to call serveral times to get things resolved, I have had one a required repir every month I have been hererthe most recnet repis Ihave been wiating forthree weeks, I had rats invade my home and all they did was put out traps I am still waiting forthem to plug up hte holes form when they set up the wahser in dryer connections whichis how they were getting in. The AC had leaked all over the carpet not onse did they send anyone to dry the carpet. Still waiting forhte Ac to be properly fixed. The geust bathromm has had to be repaired three times, due to a leaky show faucet causing my waterbill to go up. So be sure you ad in a high electri bill and huge water bill to the rent you are going to have to pay. So all in all don't expect much. It will be a hassle to live here.
