I've lived here for 2 years. Why' Because I cant afford to move right now. But please please, if you want my advise and the advice of a lot of other people who have written reviews on this place, do not live here if you plan on living in an apartment for more than 2 months. I am saving up big time! I am NOT renewing my lease. Because that's how long it will take for you to realize how BAD it is to live here.
The maintenance problems are through the roof and the office staff is terrible. They could care less about your repairs getting done. When a repair man does come all he does it make it so that it lasts another 2 months until they come again.
We had to get our AC unit fixed every 30 days and the dishwasher doesn't wash the dishes, the noise from other neighbors are hard to deal with and it getting more and more "un-kept" in this area and OUR ROOF IS GETTING READY TO LEAK!!! There is huge brown blotches all over the ceiling and when it rained it got a lot bigger! We called them and they told us to call them back when it leaks...............what!!!
What ever you do.... RUN AWAY from this place!

i rent from an owner.. get no maintanence unless i pay for it out of pocket... this place seems to have cheap rent ... less then i pay now.... and even if they dont fix for long term,.. at least they do come back... i readanother posting saying they add freon every month cause the ac isnt to good.... sounds great... i was paying 290 electric for a 1 bedroom.. ac from the 70's.. that place sounds great....

Neither situation sounds great whether its yours or mine. You should not have to live in a place with so many problems.
I wonder if anyone has seen how low this apartment's score is going down and came to inspect the ins and outs of this complex unannounced. I'm sure they will have a lot to say.
This may not be the worst place to live (on the street) but it could use tons of improvement and I would NOT recommend it to anyone.
