Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
this place was a nightmare.. first all the girls in the office we so nice to you UNTIL you have moved in...Bugs..Painted Bath Tub..Outlets From The 80s...I had a 315.00 electric bill and was told by the office that was normal9yeah maybe for a 5 bedroom home not a 2 bedroom apt)so i called progress energy and they said it wasn't normal and regency put a new a/c unit in but wouldnt refund me the money for the bill...parking was so ------ i had to park my car on the other side of me building...oh and i wouldn't forget the guy who lived 2 doors down and shot himself in the foot and the kid who got beat up at the pool for an hour...not a safe place to live...VERY NASTY
