Please do not rent!! Horrible bugs everywhere. They claim to spray, I pay for them to spray and still more cockroaches than I have ever seen in my life and I am a clean freak. The a/c froze weekly and they said they came to fix it but it froze within 2 days again. Upon moving in i pulled out the fridge and stove- i swear it hadn't been cleaned in 20 years. Paint covered up dirt. Fridge constantly leaked water til I demanded a new fridge. Hallways full of trash/ used condoms on the stair cases that sat for days. gross. NOT a clean place/ safe place to live.

We recently just broke our lease and left because of the mold growing in the bathrooms, kitchen cabinets, and AC closet. The place is a serious health hazzard and I was recommended by another resident to go stright to AIMCO corporate and send an email with my complaints... they dont care. It is without a doubt the worst place to live, with the worst management I have ever encountered.

yea. I am pretty disappointed. my neighbors are loud which i know the apartment has no control over but they do have control of mold, the hallways smelling like cat urine and the bugs ect. Im glad Im not the only one out there who wants to call on them. My coworker came over and saw the apartment before i cleaned and wanted to call the news channels to expose it. not a good place.
