I am trying to help a friend get an apartment here because it is cheap, close to his job and he's a dude, so he could careless about how the place looks.
The leasing agents are so unprofessional, they lost the application and the prove of income, they don't call back when they say they will, I have to track them down instead of the other way. I currently reside in a different AIMCO property in Orlando and they are nothing like these imbeciles at Regency Oaks. Like the kids say OMG and WTF.
