There is an old saying that goes...Why should you have to experience something if someone has already experienced it for you'

I must say that I am guilty for moving in this place even after I read these comments which I came across by mistake at the time. It's true! Its really really bad. I moved in this year and completely regret it 200%. First the water runs very light out the faucets (sink). The shower blasts your skin off. The maintenance enter whenever they feel without giving you notice (out of courtesy). The NOISE is insane...yes, its an apartment complex but there is NO reason why it must sound like a herd of cows running down the hallway as early as 7am in the morning and then later at night. There are guys who stand in the hallways, at each entrance or even by your door as you enter (completely dangerous). Security..that's a joke...security doing business with the guys standing in the hallway ALL NIGHT! Young girls and guys meeting in the wash rooms for whatever purposes!!! Its just not a turn on place..I am sick to my stomach to just type it out and think of it at the same time. The place is not for a student in college, or descent person whose going somewhere in life. They break fire extinguishers every week, seem like. Theres trash and food on the ground all weekend. I am just out of words right now. If you can...dont move here,,but if you just HAVE TO OR MUST DO SO FOR temporary time then plan well and fast...IT'S NOT NICE!

NOTE: The actual owner of this place has two other properties which are multi-apartment complexes and neither of the others look or resemble this one (after researching)

actually they own more then two properties the have some in miami and they look nothing like this one they are absolutly amazing, upscale

They own "Inverrary 441 apartments" "Fontainebleau Milton Rental". Go to this web site http://www.unitedpropertymgt.com/ They own 18 properties. The two in Broward and tax write off so all the money goes to the nice ones in Miami.
