This apt is concern with things that are not extremely important like not backing into a parking space getting a visitors pass (with those unprofessional security guards) oh and u should have respect for people (workers) who have absolutely no respect for those that allow them to have a job. The washing machines or dryers don't work, the apts have electrical shortage, they take forever to fix things. Everything is just awful here. Just concentrate on fixing the apts so that people can be safe and be in a pleasant environment and stop concentrating on the parking no important right at this min. Also, start hiring people who knows how to actually fix stuff and the one's who actually know to clean not people who stand on the side and speak creole and spanish all day. Lastly, why don't you just take the security uniform from that noise security that is always in the rental office and give him a suit. He's always there and you can't ask a question without him taking over the entire conversation. HIM TOO NUFF GO DO YOUR DAMN JOB. Oh by the way the staff needs to know time if the laundry rooms are to opened at 8am then they should (they shouldn't be closed for 2wks without any signs posted).

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
