I have lived in building 2650 for almost two years now. The office staff and security gaurds are extremely rude and unhelpful. The stairwells constantly smell of urine and the lights are burnt out. The elevators and laundry facilities are broken at least once a week. It takes months for the maintenance staff to fix anything and, in my experience, the repairs do not last. For example it has taken them seven months and four different trips to fix my toliet, which needed a new clapper and chain. The grounds are filthy and the hallways are filled with garbage. Recently I was told I could not have a cat even though I have never received a copy of my lease and was not informed of the pet policy when I moved in. I am eight and a half months pregnant and I have been informed that I have seven days to get out of the apartment, even though I could go into labor any day. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.
