Better than most in Fort Lauderdale - Apartment is not bad. Property is kept up pretty well. There are a lot of younger people and sometimes they can be loud, but usually it is quiet. Apartment is clean with updated appliances and location is great. However, the other posts about increases in rent are true. Highly recommended - I have been living here at 4 Forty for two years now. Just renewed for my third year. I have found this apartment building to a great place to live.
