no signal on ur phone
promise wireless in main building - but none really
parking garage hot as hell, fans everywhere, smells like cement and garbage
cheap, thin walls
elevator was not even working wen i moved in - called and complained, then got a, "let me call my maintenance man and call u back!" - oh yea... that NEVER HAPENED!

if u have at&t - no signal whatsoever inside ur apartment or in hallways - frankly - no signal in the whole building!

very very very unsafe neighborhood for what they charge for rent!

ppl in leasing office jus smile in ur face - but only want the money.
they have a concierge with a phone right next to them - but yet u hav to call ten times until someone finally answers.
they claim to have 24 hour - handy dandy maintenance - but neither maintenance person lives closer than 30 minutes away. Get it ppl' That's why the require u get rental insurance before u move in. because that way they dont have to pay - if their maintenance man doesn't come for a few days and ur apartment is completely flooded from a leak or overflow! wow... trust me - they lie and say "oh sorry our rates have gone up... and that someone is putting up fake prices or something is wrong with their website." but trust me it's not, because wen the aptments are being rented, they are being removed by the office off of the website in the Availability section - so some one is accurately updating it. They will give u the apartment for the price on there --- it's just a lie!

for sistrunk - no one i dont care how fancy u appear to be - shud be charging the rent this place or 4 forty flagler village is! --- come on - get real!

in the night, the street has no lights - they claim they are waiting for permits to do that from the city - probly will never happen!!!!!!

i can imagine wen i turn in my walk-through papers - they will never fix anything i point out that i saw wrong or not working.
