The neighborhood is safe. The neighbors won't bother you. They're always nice, and go there own way. Never had one problem worrying about my safety. Pool is always maintained, and the complex is clean. Maintenance is helpful, management is nice and sweet. Yes she is a sweat heart. She's really beautiful. SO BE NICE!Buuuuuuuuuut. Everything breaks down very easiely, and yes last but not least. Crack house. Neighbors won't bother you probably cause they're busy doing drugs. However they are still very respectful and won't try to break into anything. I left my vehicle unlocked for a couple days and nobody broke into it. Maintenance guy will help but he will complain. He is a complaining construction guy, and will blame everything that breaks on you, but he get's the job done. Might cause a little drama here and there. After everything is done, it's quiet. They don't do a full background check so anybody can rent at the wondeful beach motel and apartments. This place is mainly used for vacation but not many people can afford a place in fort lauderdale. So they choose to live there. You won't have to worry about your safety or watch your back constantly. Over all it's a decent place if you need a apartment to stay that's a fair price.
