Rental employee's Are very rude Manager William no help

They have a spanish guy who works in the office VERY VERY RUDE !. I remember three or four years ago they had a better staff, more elderly people lived there. the elevators were fine the property was one of a kind, the gates were always locked the access to the builden it self was always locked. no that they have rude people in the office. the rent out to anyone and don't show respect to the people who have been living there for years and paying there rent on time. The manager is no good!!! I would never give them or request them to any one
