i lived @ bridgewater pl for years just moved the 1st of the month into forest park apartments....it's sooooo much better than other apartments i saw around broward and i knew someone that lived there and liked it. the office staff and maintanece is great!! bridgewater place is as SHITY as it comes ..low income...HELL NO!! u gotta b rich to live there damn near espeacially now rent has gone up so high then they saw it's the economy. with all the money they get from the 3hundred and odd tenants paying rent the gates SHOULD b fixed but damn near 4 years after they broke they are still broke....WOW!! the gym looks like they recycled machines from the 80's! and when u look at a apt b4 moving they won't show it to u but ask to see it u'll see what i mean. william the manager..u'll never see or hear from him unless no one else is there he lies like that's what he was raised to do. he lives in a big house in coral ridge so he doesn't care bout what u need!! him and carlos are rude as hell>. juan carlos will talk to u like he is better than u..when in fact he rents there also and is nowhere near better than anyone but his boss. they go thru leasing agents like nothing! when they get a good one they drop them.. only person in my years of stay that act like she cared about what the residents want was a young lady named Tamara she was very nice but of course not there very long!! maintanece is very rude espeacially BYRON the supervisor he wears glasses and needs to take a class on customer service. the work u request will take 1 month to get done even if it's a light bulb!! nice floor plans nice view bad service all around!!..if u move there u'll be doing things yourself
