I have lived here two years and this place is great. The lake view is beautiful, my work orders are done fast, I never had problems with my neighbors and management the property management is professional and very kind. The units themselves are extremely big. It is an extremely quiet and friendly place to live.

I'm minutes from Commercial Blvd, Oakland Park Blvd, and I95. It's a pet friendly community! When a friend informed me of the negative comments posted on this site, it really bothered me, must be from vindictive, disgruntled past residents that were most likely evicted. I have never been evicted from ANYWHERE I've ever lived as a tenant, since my first apt. in 1967. My tenancy has ranged from 3 years to over 25 years. This is the worst place, bar none, that I have ever lived, and I stay here out of necessity, not desire. Yes, the lake view is beautiful, most of the neighbors are nice, and the units are very big, as a previous reviewer has noted. That doesn't change the fact that the management is horrible, few repairs are done well and in a timely manner, and the only thing that counts is whether your check or money order clears or not.

Beware before you sign ! This place needs a REAL MANAGER. LOTS OF DAILY MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS LONG OVER DUE!!! NOT SUCH A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE AND RENTS ARE OVER PRICED!!! Take a look you wont be happy....................
