Maintenance staff refuses to provide hot water and instead turns the hot water heater down (apparently to save money) so the end result is people who get up early have warm water to shower and those who get up later shower in cool or cold water.
Also, when considering the amount of square feet available (620) this complex is likely the most expensive in Davie. Also, the grounds are kept very neat by the office where they show apartments but not so nice in areas away from that area.
