I think a lot of older people tend to blame noise on "College Kids" However it's not the "college kids" that make all the "noise" it is the inconsiderate people. Cameron Cove is a very good first apt. the staff is nice and they help you out when you need it. The washer and dryers are a problem though. Best bet is to do your laundry somewhere else becasue the company that owns the washers and dryers don't care. The Maintance was very nice, it took a few days for them to show up but thats the same everywhere you go. It's usually very quiet, you hardly see anyone out and about. When you do though they are very friendly.
