I've lived here for almost 2 years, and things used to be quiet and ran fairly smoothly (at least as far as I was concerned). Then the management and office staff changed, and many things have gone downhill. I have been told that something would be done by office staff/management, but it would take several more complaints before any follow-through would occur.

Probably the most annoying part is the noise. After a number of complaints and a number of potentially dangerous situations, it seems that there has been some resolution to the loud, outdoor parties. It has yet to be seen whether this has truly been resolved. Also problematic are the loud, souped-up trucks that are clearly outside of Davie noise ordinance, but it is unclear whether anyone can fix this. In addition, it seems that the management has been unwilling to enforce the rules that are well within the lease agreement -- i.e., noise "curfew", disallowing "dump cars" fixed up in the parking lot (or even just parked in the parking lot), etc.

The previous management seemed to have a much more effective handle on dealing with problems. After the manager left to go to a property across town, things went sour -- not to mention the laissez-faire attitude that seems to be going on.
