I was taken to the Falls at Marina Bay by a local real estate agent and thought it was great so I plunked down the application and admin fees - I was told I have to pay both up front but the admin fee would be refunded if I couldn't get the apartment. I waited about a week and heard nothing so I started looking for other properties to be safe. During my search I started to find reviews about Marina Bay that indicated that they do bait and switches - show you a nice apartment then you find out you're getting a lousy unit on moving day when it's too late. The main building appears to be a converted hotel with old dingy hallways so I tend to believe the reviews. I was not allowed to see a real apartment when I toured the property, just the nice model apartment. They also didn't show me the train tracks that run right next to the property. 2 weeks later I got a call saying that the apartment I wanted was no longer available but they do have a more expensive one that I can have. Luckily, I already had a second choice picked out in case something went wrong so I declined the higher priced unit. I was told I would be getting my admin fee refunded but it's been about two months waiting for a check to show up.

Let my loss be your gain and STAY AWAY from Falls at Marina Bay.... unless you're a vandal. Apparently they are welcome there from some of the reviews I've read.
