First of all when you request to see an apartment you will be drugged and will believe all you have been brainwashed to believe. Second, dog owners are to pick up the various size turds their dogs crap out-
the owners do not-wonderful smell in the early morning and all day while the turds bake in the sun and into your window. Third,
hire a cleaner on a daily basis as the fumes and soot from the boats and I-95 will penetrate your apartment. Fourth, the management and leasing agents are "morons" and should sell aluminum siding as they lie so convincingly. Fifth, the restaurant/bar supposedly is independant from the apartment
complex, but yet the restaurant employees can park in residential parking spaces- so don't expect to park here in the evening.
Sixth, hire an attorney as it is doubtful you will ever see your security deposit when you leave, sit at the bar and hear the war stories or speak to someone near a U-Haul truck as they are moving. Seventh, the bar/restaurant and the commercial jets flying overhead at a 1000 feet are going to either send you to a psychiatrist or to the local army navy store as it sounds like a military conflict. Eighth, you are an ab-
solute "moron" of you move here. Spend your money wisely and keep your sanity by living elsewhere !!!

and yes, the management i have been told writes all the phoney "positive/good" reviews !!!
