I see all of these hateful reviews directed at everything that could possibly be worng. Somebody clearly has way too much time and is feuding with someone here in our community. It is childish and I think it hurts our community and prospective neighbors. I have lived here for the past year and a half and beleive it to be one of the nicer complexes in the area. Yes there are cheaper properties that will offer some great discounts but for me it was the resort style, all amenities included living that I was looking for. I hate to see people bashing this property becuase I researched a lot before renting and I myself used this service, but writing false complaints doesn't help anyone. Grow up people. Marina Bay is a very nice, respectable place to live.

I'm not sure if I want to rent here anymore, but I will say that it was nice to see a review not full of vulgarity.
