a very negative experience

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2005
 
The management is dismal. They are non responsive. Most days they do not answer the telephone nine out of ten tries.
The feeling a tenant is left with is" if it were not for the tenants this place would be great." The only consolation is Karma.
One day the will receive what they give.
