The complex has the potential of being a first class residence but dut to poor management this is not the case. Parking is a constant problem. Parking lot lighting has still now been completely repaired since the hurricanes of last year. Yes it is very easy to hear what is going on in the next apt as the sound proofing is grossly inadaquate. I really do not think I should be able to hear my neighbor giong to the bathroom(peeing). Every time he opens a closet door I know it and if he has the tv up just a little bit it is like it is in my apt. Security is a joke. People tail gate in all of the time and nothing is done about it. Some of the problems are caused by my neighbors such as leaving empty beer or soda cans in the elevator and just dropping their trash on the floor in the lobby around the elevator.
