Simply put, this is a typical south Florida apartment complex run by a management company that is just after money.
Plenty of mold they cannot tackle, parking is very bad.... not enough spaces, people here cannot park in their spot correctly, the lights in the parking areas are no-existant and try to leave your parking space is hazardous due to the arrogant drivers speeding along at 40mph. Security is a joke, seems the front gate guard is always on a bathroom break and leaves the gate wide open, if the guard is there, people tailgate in behind residents and security does nothing about it..... not good. The water pressure is extremely weak due to the "economical" way the place was built; don't plan on taking a bath: by the time you fill the tub, the water will be cold. Taking a shower is not much better... you need to stand about 6 inches from the shower head wall to get wet. Dogs.... did we mention all the barking dogs'' There are 60 units in each high rise tower and one trash dumpster that is about the size of a couch serving each building, not only are they overflowing by 6:00, but the always open garage doors give visitors a great veiw of what we throw away. And one last note....... guess the background checks they do here doesn't keep out the criminals..... plenty of those here too.
