Great location in terms of freeway access but little community (i.e. shopping, gyms, movie rental, etc.). Beautiful complex with nice common areas. Apartment interiors could be nicer, i.e. cheap flooring, popcorn ceilings, low quality cabinetry, cheap appliances, small water heaters, etc. Residents tend to be adults and are very courteous of each other. Lots of pets which management encourages responsible ownership of. Small workout area with only three cardio machines. Business center consists of two old computers. Proximity to trains and freeway makes complex VERY Noisey. Maintenance is 24 hours and easy to schedule. Trash pick up is convenient.
