It sounds like most of the complaints are coming from people who live in the towers, not around the marina. I live in the buildings around the marina and think it is quite nice. There is a problem with parking, but its usually just a walk to your apartment. As far as the drugs go - I would say the one that I see allot of is alcohol. There is definately a group of 12 step dropouts who hang at the restaurant nightly and get hammered. Aside from these toolboxes, I haven't seen the drugs. The pool is nice and if you think you will use them, there are some good amenities. I would probably agree that the security is a bit of a joke... the gate is usually broken - but thats how it is in most complexes I have lived in. The deal is.. if you rent.. your not going to have it your way all the time, so shut the f up or buy something and you can call the shots!

the door are put on backwards! hinges on the outside!! the flies are as big as the mice! i have personally watched 3 maintenace guys quit when told to clean up the 2 week old garbage piles! the owner weighs 275 and wears his shirt unbuttoned to his fly ( which is usually down )the manager is bowlegged as all heck, now i know why his fly is down all the time!!!
