I live at The Falls at Marina Bay for about 14 months and constantly I have to ask the management to clean the common area from my front door entrance and walkway, because of cigarettes and bottles of water, soda and drinks from tenants, not necessarily the most clean people, unfortunately unless we have to overpass excuses and avoiding calls not transferred to the manager on duty, things just don't get accomplished, it's frustrating to live in such a nice place where maintenance and services are just apparently nice only before you sign the lease contract.
