The Place is over priced and under maintained. The a/c in my 800sq.ft. apt runs 16 hours a day and the electric bill here is 200 a month for this place. the pool is full of sand. broken glass and poop. the hot tub is at 108 deg and the jets do not work. the paver brick side walk is sinking and falling abart. half the gym equipment does not work.And the staff will not help with anything.
