This place is getting worse and worse by the day. They obviously are letting any person off the street rent here, just to fill up the complex. It's becoming more and more ghetto. There are so many loud, obnoxious people living here now. The management office is absolutely horrendous. They could care less about the tenants once that lease is signed. They lie and cheat just to get more money. They don't take care of any of the problems in this complex. My air conditioning breaks down every several months because they only patch it up rather than actually fixing it. You can hear everything your neighbors are saying and/or doing because the walls are paper thin. There are always beer bottles and trash in the stairwells. Don't be fooled by the free coffee or monthly brunch....it's the exact same coffee and food. Coffee of the month...please...more like coffee of the year. They charge way too much for their apartments. Total rip-off!!! And, yes, it is super noisy since it's by a railroad track, 595 and I-95. I'm so glad I left and I feel sorry for all the people they are fooling into moving into this place.
